Advanced Practice Provider in Cardiology
Work remotely on your schedule as an Advanced Practice Provider in Cardiology. We are actively looking for ARNPs and PAs with outpatient experience in Cardiology.

This team of advanced practice providers will see patients virtually on behalf of brick and mortar Cardiology clinics. They will work autonomously but in partnership with practice staff to assess patients, develop treatment plans, and order follow up as required.
We want to take great care of patients and also give agency back to providers. Practice with autonomy, create your own schedule, and work from home. There are multiple opportunities for career development and advancement including a training program, leadership career growth opportunities, and potential equity in the company.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Nurse practitioner or PA
ā¢ Ideal candidate will have prior Cardiology experience
ā¢ We are actively hiring for Clinicians licensed in New York, California, Virginia, & West Virginia but are regularly opening up new opportunities
ā¢ Collaborative team player
ā¢ Comfort with digital technology and providing virtual care
ā¢ Enthusiasm for learning
ā¢ Ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Work remotely alongside the care team from 1-4 brick and mortar Cardiology clinics.
ā¢ Record the history of present illness, past medical, family and social history
ā¢ Conduct patient assessment and create treatment plan or facilitate next steps
ā¢ Prescribe appropriate medications
ā¢ Order appropriate diagnostic testing and follow up with patient as needed
ā¢ Coordinate care and refer to other medical professionals as needed
