Job SummaryThe Advanced Implementation Analyst is a senior-level professional responsible for leading full lifecycle client deployments of MeridianLink software. This includes configuration, training, and ongoing managed services. The role acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities-Lead configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment of consulting engagements.-Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and contribute to product/process enhancements.-Create foundational client environments and manage site migrations.-Support onboarding and training of new team members.-Manage project schedules, proactively resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment.-Deliver high-quality, responsive client service throughout the deployment cycle.Qualifications-Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).-Strong SQL/Python and scripting skills; familiarity with database management systems.-Proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.-Skilled in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.-Experience working independently on high-impact, complex projects.
