As an Advanced Electrical Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in the design and development of complex electrical systems and components. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will also be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, analyzing technical requirements, and implementing electrical engineering strategies and best practices. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Richardson, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, and technologically advanced electrical engineering solutions. Your leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the company's success, reputation, and growth in the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems and components
Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies and best practices
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards
Manage project budgets and timelines
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
6+ years of experience in electrical engineering
Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects ? Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices
Proficiency in electrical design software and tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with sensor signal conditioning, ADC's, ASIC's and/or microcontrollers in products, circuits, and systems.
Experience in circuits and systems and laboratory instrumentation e.g. multi-meters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and data acquisition hardware; GPIB control.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

WE VALUE
Highly skilled in MATLAB, Lab VIEW, C++, C, Python, and/or Visual Basic.
Experience with hardware (electronics, embedded devices, circuit design) and/or firmware (HDL/embedded C programming).
Experience in digital compensation techniques.
This person will be responsible for development and implementation of hardware and software for various applications and systems. Embedded software development experience is desired.
Strong leadership and project management abilities
Ability to drive innovation and implement new technologies
