We are seeking a Data Analyst with a proven track record of leveraging diverse data sources to identify, analyze, and visualize trends that address high-impact business challenges. This role involves working within a cross-functional team of technical stakeholders and contributing to the full project lifecycle-from problem definition to dashboard creation for insight sharing.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Collaborate with business partners to understand organizational goals and prioritize initiatives with the highest impact.
ā¢ Define and visualize key metrics to support problem framing and track project/workstream success.
ā¢ Partner with technical teams to deliver actionable insights.
ā¢ Develop dashboards for regular reporting and performance tracking.
ā¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure engagement and trust throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications:
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
ā¢ Advanced proficiency in SQL and Airflow for query development and data pipeline creation.
ā¢ Solid understanding of experimental design, statistical analysis (e.g., regression, chi-square), and causal inference.
ā¢ Experience with BI tools such as Superset, Tableau, or similar platforms.
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
ā¢ Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable insights.
ā¢ Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships at all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Experience in Trust & Safety analytics, including familiarity with machine learning models and domain-specific metrics.
ā¢ Proficiency with big data tools and languages such as Hive, Python, or R.
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
