Overview

A global leader in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is seeking a Paralegal/Case Manager to provide critical legal support to panelists handling arbitration and mediation cases. This role ensures smooth case management operations, supports team performance, and fosters strong client relationships in a fast-paced legal and business services environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and manage case files, from inception to resolution, ensuring all documentation is accurate, current, and properly organized.
• Prepare and distribute arbitrator and mediator lists in response to filings or client requests, in coordination with internal teams and local leadership.
• Schedule and coordinate hearings, conference calls, and other case-related events to meet the needs of clients and panelists.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and requests for information, providing high-quality client service.
• Support assigned panelists with administrative tasks related to their ADR practices, including timely follow-up on case actions.
• Monitor case timelines and deadlines to ensure all milestones are met and processes stay on track.
• Communicate effectively with clients, panelists, and internal teams to resolve routine issues and maintain case momentum.
• Participate in training and development to build proficiency in ADR procedures and case management systems.
• Develop foundational knowledge of arbitration, mediation, and other ADR processes through hands-on experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of legal and case management support.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in case management or legal support roles (required).
• 3+ years of experience in client service within a legal or ADR setting (required).
• Proficiency in relevant software and case management systems (required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required).
• High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt under pressure (required).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment (required).
