- Support business structure planning and discussions related to timekeeping
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Advanced Scheduling, providing recommendations
- Assist in developing requirements and specifications to meet client scheduling needs
- Support testing and training activities specific to scheduling practices
- Collaborate with the Time Implementation Project Manager and SME throughout the project
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with UKG/ADP Workforce Manager implementation, specifically in Advanced Scheduler functionality
- Ability to work part-time, with a commitment to 80 hours across the project timeline
- Availability to support client hours in Central Standard Time (CST)
- Strong understanding of timekeeping and scheduling practices
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in consulting roles related to time and attendance solutions
- Familiarity with other ADP products and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in training or supporting users in scheduling systems
