The Product Adoption Services team works alongside the Expert Product Services team to provide scalable support for clients throughout their adoption journey, with a focus on one-to many enablement activities and structured onboarding processes. As a Product Adoption Services Specialist, you will leverage product knowledge and customer service skills to help clients successfully implement and utilize Relativity's solutions, with a particular focus on supporting broader adoption initiatives and delivering standardized onboarding experiences.This role requires prior Relativity experience - RCA is required.Job Description and RequirementsResponsibilitiesConduct one-to-many enablement sessions during customer onboarding to ensure proper setup and initial adoption of Relativity productsRespond to and manage basic to intermediate customer inquiries regarding Relativity workflow across the product lineSupport the delivery of standardized adoption materials and training programs created by LDI EducationAssist in capturing customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions that address common business needsProvide feedback to Expert Product Services team members about recurring adoption challenges and potential improvement opportunitiesParticipate in cross-functional meetings to represent the customer perspective during discussions about product enhancementsSupport customers within a specific segment or product area under the guidance of senior team membersQualificationsRelativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certificationMinimum of 5 years of eDiscovery experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesRobust organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProblem-solving aptitude with attention to detailCustomer-centric mindset with a desire to help others succeedAdaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processesExperience with AI/ML solutions for e-discovery is a plusSuggested Skills:Cybersecurity, Data Analysis, Database Management, Data Mining, Data Visualization, Information Retrieval, Intelligence Research, Legal Research, Predictive Modeling, Project Management
