Job Title: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ArchitectLocation: RemoteType: Contract C2CRole Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in AEP and its modules, working closely with clients to design scalable solutions, integrate Adobe tools, and drive customer experience transformation.Key Responsibilities:Act as subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Cloud and AEP.Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AEP solutions in client-facing roles.Define technical architecture, data models, and data flows within AEP.Provide expertise in AEP modules including RTCDP, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Data Distiller.Design and implement integration patterns across Adobe Experience Cloud tools.Work with APIs, Identity Graph, Query Service, Real-Time Customer Profile, and Segmentation services.Configure data collection using Adobe Experience Platform Launch and map collected data into XDM.Build customer journeys and optimize engagement using AJO and Offer Decisioning.Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.Ensure architecture follows Adobe best practices and deployment standards.Provide thought leadership on marketing data strategy, segmentation, and personalization.Mentor teams and improve methodologies, knowledge base, and solution architecture.Required Qualifications:Proven experience in Adobe Experience Platform architecture and solution design.Hands-on expertise with RTCDP, CJA, AJO, Data Distiller.Strong understanding of Identity Graph, Real-time Customer Profile, Segmentation Service, Query Service, Data Science Workspace.Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, GTM, or other Tag Management Systems.Knowledge of Offer Decisioning and Customer Journey Optimization.Strong background in digital marketing data, segmentation, and campaign optimization.Ability to build end-to-end marketing solutions aligned with client business needs.Excellent client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in multi-vendor environments with global delivery models.Preferred Skills:Adobe Certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert AEP Architect / Developer).Experience with data-driven marketing, personalization, and customer engagement platforms.Knowledge of industry best practices in customer data management and analytics.About Trident: Trident Consulting is an award-winning IT/engineering staffing company founded in 2005 and headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
