In Short
Recruit qualified students for college programs.
Provide information and assistance regarding enrollment.
Conduct interviews and schedule appointments with potential students.
Make outbound calls to interested prospects.
Follow up on inquiries and assist with the admissions process.
Ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
Maintain accurate records of admissions activities.
Participate in training and meetings as required.
Mentor students to identify their skills and interests.
Work in a hybrid environment with both on-campus and remote tasks.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
Strong consultative sales and recruiting experience preferred.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Associates Degree or higher required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
