Admissions Coordinator (Virtual Learning)
We are a thriving international education firm with expertise in helping international students from 30+ countries make successful transitions to US schools. We are seeking a part-time Admissions Coordinator to join our new Virtual Learning Team. This is a remote role which can be done from anywhere in the world and requires a great deal of flexibility, both in terms of working hours and mindset... The Admissions Coordinator will serve as our front-line staff managing initial consultations and support for all potential new customers interested in ABC Education's virtual learning products.
This is a part-time position, that is fully remote and requires no travel.
This is a new position in a new team that comes with a tremendous amount of quick, growth opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with marketing and channel partners to establish leads flows
Conduct consultations with individual leads and drive them from prospect to close
Collaborate with marketing to develop collateral for virtual learning products
Design and manage a lead pipeline for virtual learning products
Required Skills and Experience:
Consultative sales experience required
Understanding of online and elearning products
Understanding of the US education system
Excellent planning and organizational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, and product management is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective stakeholder management (working with internal stakeholders, students, and parents).
Ability to work independently under pressure, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Preferred experience in a startup environment
Compensation:
$25/hour + commissions
