What you will be doing in the role of an Administrative Coordinator, Mission Operation

The primary role of the Administrative Coordinator, Mission Operations is to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the effective operation of the Susan G. Komen mission teams.

What you will bring to the table
• Compose, edit and prepare various correspondence, documents, and reports including Word processing, Excel spreadsheets, graphs and charts, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Support various administrative needs including scheduling meetings, creating meeting agendas, circulating meeting documents, drafting meeting minutes.
• Serve as main point of contact for the Mission Help Desk and the MyKomenHealth Website Support Desk providing excellent customer service with a high degree of professionalism while interacting with internal and external individuals to resolve problems, answer questions, and provide general information on multiple communication platforms in a timely manner.
• Organizing, maintaining and archiving files/records on a SharePoint platform.
• Enter and maintain data into various databases, spreadsheets and other data-collection and file management systems including but not limited to SharePoint, Asana, Jira, and MS-Teams.
• Support project management efforts by tracking resources, monitoring deadlines, and escalating matters as appropriate.
• Coordinate monthly mission contract renewal process with the legal department and mission stakeholders.
• Coordinate quarterly software licensing inventory process with the operations department and mission stakeholders.
• Exhibit working knowledge of departmental and organizational policies and procedures, and assist in the development, review, and filing of mission-related policies and SOPs.
• Additional duties as assigned.

We know you have and will be able to
• Minimum of High School Diploma/GED.
• 1-2 years’ experience required to effectively perform the job’s responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented, and professional attitude with strong administrative, organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate complex, urgent, and confidential situations with poise.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with a variety of people.
• Ability to recognize unnecessary workflow steps and improve productivity.
• Openness to and capability of learning new technology platforms and systems to support the needs of the mission department.

We would love if you also have
• Prior experience providing administrative support to a project management team, accounting/financial office or IT department.

• The approximate hourly range will be $18.97 to $23.08; exact compensation ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job level, internal equity and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, experience and geographic location.
