Job Description

Administrative Assistant/Office Manager-Research and Development (Reedsville, PA)

Department Office Manager to help coordinate Department Head calendar and events, analyze data/generate reports, and assist our Team on delivering to our business commitments.

Your role:
? Maintain Department Head Director calendar and meetings. Set up and manage department travel requirements
? Lead special project assignments of varying complexity
? Generate expense reports and support auditing of reports
? Become proficient in various R&D IT tools (project timesheet tool, purchasing tool, travel tool, p-card (office credit card), SAP, Windchill, TEDs (employee process training tracker)
? Lead and direct special site events such as celebrations, employee recognition, All hands meetings, picnics, visitors, demos, etc.
? Provide site back-up to Reedsville SC Administrative Assistant and other R & D Admin personnel at other locations
? Support and maintain site communications- bulletin boards, e-mail distribution of announcements, video room readiness, etc.

You're the right fit if:
? You've acquired 5+ years of experience in office management and or as an Administrative Assistant
? Your skills include the ability to master Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, SAP, Planisware, SharePoint, etc.
? You have an Associates degree or higher is a plus
? You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
? Office environment
? You're an organized individual that has strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to handle and protect confidential information in a highly regulated industry.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in (Pennsylvania) is $52,000 to $94,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
