You’ll play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations while working with products that are genuinely changing how athletes train and improve. This part-time remote position offers the perfect blend of administrative variety and exposure to cutting-edge sports technology, making it ideal for someone passionate about fitness and athletics who wants to contribute to meaningful innovation in the sports industry.Responsibilities:Categorize approximately 30 monthly transactions in QuickBooks (basic expense categorization for rent, utilities, legal fees, etc.)Generate and distribute weekly sales reportsOrder and manage shipping supplies including FedEx materials and other drop-shipped itemsGenerate marketing performance reports from various advertising platformsAssist with basic administrative tasks as the business continues to growPotentially interpret Facebook Meta ads performance (as skills develop)Requirements:Basic QuickBooks experience or familiarity preferred, particularly with expense categorization and report generationInterest in sports, fitness, or athletic trainingStrong organizational and administrative skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple basic tasksReliable internet connection and computer setupWillingness to learn new systems and processesScope:Simple product portfolio (2 main products plus 1 bundle)Basic administrative focus with no complex analysis requiredOpportunity for growth as the company expandsIndependent Contractor PerksPermanent work-from-homeImmediate hiringZR_25288_JOBOriginally posted on Himalayas
