Administrative Assistants are an essential part of Cleveland Clinics smooth operation, which allows caregivers to focus on patient care and improves coordination between the nursing team, administrative teams, and providers. This is an excellent opportunity to discover Cleveland Clinics Digestive Disease Institute , work with management to develop an Individual Development Plan (ICP) and receive coaching to assist you in reaching your goals. A caregiver in this position works FT Day schedule, from 8 : 0 0AM 5:00PM. YOu will work from Main Campus w/opportunity to work remotely 2 days per week after 90 days . A caregiver who excels in this role will: • Manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively such as acting as a liaison between internal and external customers by greeting customers, answering, and triage phone calls. • Administer calendar and schedule management. • Compose and prepare a variety of correspondence (e.g., reports, forms, presentation materials, messages, etc.) as required . • Provide coverage of other areas such as front end, point of service and registration. • Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: • High school diploma or GED. • Three years of office experience. • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point). • Completion of on-line Skills Assessment for demonstrated proficiency level. • Demonstrate exceptional clerical, communication, and organizational skills. • Coordinate management functions and assist in special projects. Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: • Associates degree • Typing proficiency of 45 wpm with accuracy Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
