Administrative Assistant (Hybrid) – Healthcare / ABA Company
ABA Squad is a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company providing high-quality services to children and families. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership, HR, and daily operations, ensuring the organization runs smoothly.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate events and conference logistics (e.g., ABA conferences)Assist with creation and organization of marketing materialsPost content on social mediaCommunicate with vendorsRequest quotes, compare pricing, and make approved business purchasesAssist with onboarding paperwork (offer letters, documents, checklists)Track employee documentation (licenses, RBT certifications, expirations)Maintain HR files and compliance recordsSend reminders for credential renewals, missing onboarding items, and annual trainingsMaintain candidate tracking sheetsPrepare basic HR reports (turnover, hires, etc.)Perform data entry and maintain organized records (insurance info, employee data, etc.)Maintain trackers and spreadsheetsPrepare and format documents (forms, templates, letters)Support internal communications (announcements, reminders)Skills1–3 years of administrative experience (healthcare experience preferred)Strong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle confidential informationDetail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvyExperience in HRExperience in healthcare or ABAExperience supporting leadershipBenefits401(k)Dental insurancePaid time offVision insuranceHealth insurance (50% employer contribution)Paid holidaysDental & vision available401(k) optionCompany OverviewABA Squad is a therapeutic center that specializes in ABA therapy, early intervention, training, and social skills.
