Responsibilities
⢠Manage incoming calls and messages, responding to routine questions and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.

⢠Greet, screen, and direct visitors to the right team members, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

⢠Arrive all patients in the system for office visits, labs, and chemotherapy, directing them to the appropriate area and assisting if needed.

⢠Provide general administrative support to a department or group of professionals under direct supervision.
,
⢠Order office supplies and maintain office equipment.
,
⢠Assist supervisor and department in preparing presentations, including editing, printing, and basic formatting functions.
,
⢠Sort, distribute, prioritize, and compose routine correspondence following established procedures.
,
⢠Perform routine clerical functions such as copying, sorting, filing, and typing, and maintain varied office files, logs, and records of office activities.
,
⢠Assist in researching, drafting, and/or abstracting routine reports, compiling and analyzing basic information.
Requirements
⢠High School diploma or equivalent is required.
,
⢠Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare preferred.
,
⢠Working knowledge of word processing, electronic mail/calendar, spreadsheet, presentation, and database software.

⢠Ability to use applicable MS Suite products.
,
⢠Knowledge of business processes and procedures.
