They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide organizational support to the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital & Intellectual Property practices, which includes managing CRM databases, drafting communications, and performing clerical duties.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and organizational support to the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital (ECVC) & Intellectual Property (IP) practicesDuties include CRM database management (Interaction), drafting and proofreading internal communications, general clerical and project-based workPosition must project a professional and customer service image through in-person, email, virtual meetings, and phone interactionThis position may have access to private and confidential information and must perform the duties in a confidential mannerTrack event responses during high volume periodsOversee the clearing of tickets in InterActionUpdating & maintaining contacts in InterActionReview of marketing invitesWork with team on list and data managementPerform general clerical duties including but not limited to: data entry, photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and running off-site errandsMake copies of informational material to distribute for meetingsHave working knowledge of firm operations, organizational procedures, and personnel dutiesPerform additional duties as requiredAssist with coordinating and scheduling department lunches, meetings and eventsMonitor and file emails across multiple inboxes, taking action as appropriate to ensure timely responses and followāupMaintain and update practice groupās intranet hub page to ensure content is current and accurateAssist Departmental Directors, Managers and Staff as requestedSkillsTwo year college degree or equivalent professional experienceExcellent attention to detailExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal, written and verbal skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)Proficient with Zoom platformAbility to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretionFlexible team playerBenefitsCoverage options for medicalDentalVisionPrescription drugLife insuranceDisabilityFSAs401KPaid time offCompany OverviewLowenstein Sandler is a national law firm with over 400 lawyers working from five offices in New York, Palo Alto, New Jersey, Utah, and Washington, D.C.
