About Our Client:

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant (Banking) to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is responsible for assisting in securing financial assets, processing credit insurance and title work, and maintaining document management systems. This is a great opportunity for candidates with customer service skills and experience in banking, credit unions, or auto dealerships.

Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant (Banking) will be responsible for handling loan processing, title documentation, insurance claims, and administrative support for the lending department. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to interact with members while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Title & Loan Documentation: Process, record, and maintain title records for secured vehicle loans; handle lien releases upon loan payoff.
• Member Support: Respond to inquiries related to title work and insurance claims, ensuring a positive member experience.
• Loan Processing: Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to collect necessary loan documents for timely processing.
• Document Management: Review and maintain accurate loan files, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Insurance & Compliance: Add force-placed insurance, process credit and share insurance claims, and monitor property tax records.
• Administrative Support: Manage Synapsys tickets, filing, mail distribution, and supply tracking.

Qualifications:
• Education: High School Diploma required.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of related experience, preferably in a car dealership, banking, or credit union environment.
• Skills:Proven customer service skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Keyboarding skills: Minimum 50 WPM.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Additional Details:
• Contract-to-Hire: Expected conversion after 4 months based on performance.
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Parking: Free parking available on-site.
• Interview Process:Phone Interview with HR Assistant.
• Onsite/WebEx Interview with Senior VP of HR & team.
• Assessment Requirement: Candidates must complete an online assessment before submission.
