Responsibilities Keep daily operations running flawlessly, managing core admin tasks, issue intake, dispute support, and documentation updates that ensure a consistent, high‑quality partner experience Bring systems to life by supporting configuration of plan designs, workflows, and user permissions — helping turn business needs into smart, scalable setup within our platforms Protect system quality and integrity, monitoring outputs, validating data, performing routine audits, and helping identify issues before they become problems Support testing and launches, contributing to UAT, regression testing, and release readiness while documenting results and strengthening process controls Collaborate across teams — from Product to Technology to Compliance — to understand requirements, resolve operational challenges, and support new enhancements Grow into a subject‑matter expert, learning the ins and outs of Admin Solutions systems, processes, and best practices to strengthen both partner success and your own career path Skills 1–3 years of experience in an analyst, operations, customer support, or systems support role, or relevant internship/co-op experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Curiosity for systems, sharp attention to detail, and a willingness to learn Growing analytical, documentation, and operational skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, technology‑enabled environment Benefits A flexible work environment Competitive salaries, paid vacation, and holidays Robust professional development programs Comprehensive health, wellness, and financial packages Company Overview Alegeus is the market leader in consumer directed healthcare solutions supporting 40% of the CDH benefit accounts in the market.
