Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to develop and teach online courses in our MS-EML program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management and leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with online instruction at the university level. Key Responsibilities:
Commit to teaching excellence and uphold the University's core values of academic excellence, knowledge, community, ethical conduct, and compassionate service
Develop and teach online courses in the MS-EML program, including setting goals and strategies, communicating complex ideas, and defining innovative solutions
Engage with students through multiple modes of communication, including discussion boards, virtual office hours, and email
Grade assignments and provide qualitative feedback within 72 hours of submission
Complete required training, including LDC-102 The USD Way: Online Course Facilitation
Requirements:
Graduate degree preferred, with extensive professional experience in engineering management and leadership
Experience with online instruction at the university level is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
