Adjunct Faculty Online Graduate Nursing (DNP or PhD in Nursing required)
About the position Responsibilities • Provide subject matter expertise in nursing education. • Communicate effectively with students and faculty. • Demonstrate pedagogical mastery in teaching methodologies. • Ensure operational excellence in course delivery. • Promote and appreciate diversity within the classroom. • Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback. • Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences. • Engage in continuous improvement of teaching practices. Requirements • Compact RN license or Wisconsin RN license. • Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) or PhD in Nursing. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in online nursing education. Nice-to-haves • At least 1 year teaching in a DNP or PhD program. • At least 1 year of public health nursing experience for certain courses. • Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a graduate nursing program. • Experience with Canvas as a learning management system.
