Key Responsibilities:
Teach and/or provide clinical instruction in occupational therapy courses, including occupation-centered practice across the lifespan
Supervise students in clinical experiences and provide supportive feedback and guidance
Advance equity, diversity, and inclusion in various settings, including the classroom, clinic, and community
Prepare online course materials, administer exams and assignments, and provide timely feedback to students
Participate in teaching improvement strategies and adhere to the course schedule and mode of instruction
Requirements:
Minimum of a Master's degree in occupational therapy
Current OT license in Minnesota or eligible for licensure
Meet the CSS Equivalent Exchange requirements, including additional professional credentials and/or experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Entry-level doctorate, research doctorate, or post-professional doctorate in occupational therapy
Experience as a fieldwork educator or teaching and evaluating adult learners
Experience with telehealth occupational therapy services
