As an Ad Monetization Manager, you will be key in expanding our Ad Monetization effort by exploring new demand partners, optimizing mobile apps, and implementing new strategies and technologies.Key Responsibilities:Analyze Ad Monetization performance, formulate hypotheses, create and evaluate a/b tests to grow LTVMonitor the performance of mobile apps to ensure stability and discover potential issues earlyLead ad monetization projects from start to finish: idea, feasibility, implementation, bugfixing, evaluation Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile app monetizationWork in cross-functional teams including User Acquisition, Monetization, ASO, Product, Creative Studio, and Data.Hiring managers: Rafi Halfon, VP of Growth (https://www.linkedin.com/in/rafi-halfon/)Michal Minarik, Head of Ad Monetization (https://www.linkedin.com/in/minarikmichal/)RequirementsWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Must-have:5+ years of experience as an Ad Monetization Manager working with mobile applications or gamesHands-on experience with Ad Mediations (MAX, AdMob, ironSource, etc.) and Ad Networks (Applovin, Admob, Unity, ironSource, Mintegral, etc.)Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel, and able to translate data into actionable insightsCurious and adaptable, you thrive in a constantly changing industryWell-organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standardsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldA team player with excellent communication skillsFluent English - both verbal and writtenNice-to-have:Past experience with managing Utility appsStrong understanding of the subscription model for appsHOW DO WE WORK?We are a distributed team of more than 150 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 5 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best).
