Virtual Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH)
Full-Time or Part-Time | K12 | Remote | Tennessee
VocoVision is partnering with a school district in Tennessee to hire a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) to support students virtually for the 20252026 school year. This is a district-wide, itinerant position, and we are open to both full-time and part-time candidates. Flexible hours are available for the right fit!
Position Details:
ā¢ 100% virtual (1099 contract position)
ā¢ Full-time preferred (7.5 hours/day, MondayFriday), part-time options available
ā¢ Flexible schedule (typical hours are 8:00 AM 3:00 PM CST)
ā¢ Caseload: 1015 students, grades K12
ā¢ Responsibilities include direct instruction, consultation, IEP meeting participation, and collaboration with staff and families
Requirements:
ā¢ Valid Tennessee TDHH certification
ā¢ At least 2 years of school-based experience preferred
ā¢ Comfortable with technology and virtual platforms
ā¢ Strong communication and time management skills
ā¢ Reliable internet connection
