In this fully remote role, you'll manage your own pipeline, uncovering landowners' true motivations and turning opportunities into closed deals. Your day involves building relationships, negotiating purchases, and setting up subdivision opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain landowner relationships
Take inbound leads from setting to closing
Negotiate property purchases
Uncover selling motivations and overcome objections
Follow up consistently on opportunities
Set up subdivision and development projects
Document all interactions in our system, Follow up Boss,
RESULTS:
Consistent deal flow from provided leads
Strong conversion rate on qualified opportunities
Thorough documentation of all prospect interactions
Effective pipeline management
Regular deal closing and profit generation
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven sales success (real estate/land acquisition preferred)
Excellence in relationship building and negotiation
Self-driven with strong remote work capabilities
Organized pipeline management skills
Passion for land development
LOCATION: Fully Remote
COMPENSATION: 8% total deal profit (2% at purchase, 6% at sale)
Average monthly under contract profit: $75,000-$300,000
Projected annual earnings: $100,000-$300,000
