What You’ll Be Doing • Respond to Incoming Leads: Connect with homeowners who need quick solutions. • Build Trust: Have meaningful conversations, understand their situation, and offer the best options. • Guide the Process: Walk homeowners through every step of selling their property. • Close Deals: Negotiate, overcome objections, and secure signed contracts. • Stay Organized: Maintain your pipeline and follow up consistently. • Use Our CRM: Keep accurate notes, status updates, and communication logs. • Crush Goals: Hit personal sales targets and contribute to team wins. We work Monday–Friday, and weekend hours are available (and rewarded) for top performers.
