Key Responsibilities
Accurately prepare, post, verify, and record payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
Generate and submit client invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain and update client records, including changes to contact information, mergers, and mailing preferences.
Draft and send correspondence for past-due accounts; identify delinquent accounts and initiate collection efforts.
Support monthly billing cycles by generating statements and reconciling revenue accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely claim follow-up through clearinghouse platforms.
Organize and manage AR documentation, including copying, filing, and retrieving materials as needed.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
High level of professionalism when interacting with internal teams and external clients.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as FinancialForce.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms like Salesforce.
Background in AR within a software or technology company.
Exposure to contract management and billing processes.
