Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable/ Payable Clerk to join our team. Willing to train.
In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer payments. Your duties will include reviewing account information and correcting errors, creating spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong mathematical skills and a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities
• Processing and accurately recording transactions on our software
• Maintaining detailed records of payments and account statuses
• Sending reminders regarding overdue payments
• Researching any account discrepancies and taking appropriate action for resolution
• Creating accurate and informative reports on house call pro and spreadsheets
• Collaborating with other departments to gather additional information, ensure accounts are up-to-date, and develop repayment plans
• Communicating with clients regarding the payments on their accounts
Qualifications
• Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar position
• Willing to Train
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and research skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
