This role is responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices while working closely with U.S.-based teams. The ideal candidate has experience supporting U.S. clients, is comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment, and demonstrates strong English communication skills.What you’ll do:Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approachProcess incoming payments (ACH/wire, credit cards) and apply them accurately to customer accountsReconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are properly recordedInvestigate customer inquiriesPrepare aging reports and assist with credit risk assessmentsCollaborate with customer service teams to resolve account issuesYour Experience / Qualifications:2+ years of accounts receivable or accounting experience supporting U.S. companies or clientsExperience in SaaS, subscription-based, or recurring revenue environments strongly preferredStrong understanding of U.S. business practices and customer expectationsAdvanced English proficiency (written and verbal) requiredExperience working in a remote or multinational team environmentProficiency with accounting/billing systems (e.g., NetSuite, Zuora, Stripe, or similar)Strong Excel skills (e.g., lookups, pivot tables, data reconciliation) What We Believe: One Team - Everyone belongs here, and whether it's your first day or you're the CEO, your voice and ideas matter to us.
