Job Title: Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk
Department: Order Management Services
Positions : 3 (two will be doing same work and third will be slightly different role)
Location: Remote but prefer the candidates to be from Arkansas and/Oklahoma locations
Contract / Associate Representative, Order Management Services
Full-Time Arkansas and/Oklahoma locations Remote
POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs order creation and/or completion activities in the ESD module of SAP to ensure the accuracy of records used to construct, maintain, and operate the companys gas delivery system; and other related duties as assigned.
However, mainly they want someone who is strong and accurate in data entry, computer skills, some AP background, some Customer centric background.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Requires a high school education or the equivalent knowledge of English, basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and calculation of fractions and/or percentages), grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Capable of basic analytical and critical thinking skills to make sound decisions.
Proficient in using MS Office software, such as word, excel and electronic mail.
Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, activities, and deadlines effectively.
Must be able to adapt quickly and respond well to changing priorities.
Customer service focus ability to listen, critically evaluate situations, and respond in a kind and professional manner.
Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
