How you'll make an impact

The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist - LATAM will facilitate the processing of non-trade accounts payable invoices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Uploads invoices into accounts payable system.
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices.
• Obtains all necessary documentation for processing.
• Responds to questions regarding invoices.
• Research and resolve invoice issues, escalates more complex issues to team lead.
• Provide research and documentation to assist regional and corporate accounting teams.
• Communicates with varies individuals from the branches and the finance area.
• Adheres to compliance and operational risk controls and regulatory standards and policies and practices.
• Analyze payables data as requested.
• Assist team lead with various projects.

About You

Required:

High School diploma and 3 years related experience required.
• Preferred:
• Trilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese speaking/writing)
• Minimum: Bilingual (English, Spanish speaking/writing)
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• 4 or more years related experience
• Intermediate Excel knowledge
• Associates degree
