Job Opportunity: Accounts Payable Specialist (Part-Time)
Are you a detail-oriented professional with an interest in managing financial transactions? Were seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis! In this role, you'll be responsible for processing payments to vendors and partners, as well as assisting in maintaining financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices and payments using QuickBooks.
Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal team to address payment concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Work independently with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Two years of prior experience in accounts payable or a related field.
Experience with QuickBooks.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Payroll experience a plus
