Kaufman Group ID 2025-8695 Job Description: Responsibilities Process various payments for third party vendors including entering invoices with correct general ledger coding Follow up with vendors regarding requests and invoice issues Maintain high standards of accuracy and assure compliance with company and other applicable policies and procedures Prepare and issue vendor payments Be able to work independently yet function as part of a team Make recommendations for improvements to payment processing Participate in other projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience Previous experience in trades payable strongly preferred Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-pace, high volume environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel Excellent written and oral communications skills Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains preferred Benefits Competitive base compensation Employer paid continuing education courses and designations via access to Kaufman Institute Health and welfare benefits including medical, vision and dental 401K with employer match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Access to Kaufman Wellness Program Hybrid work options About Our Company H.W.
