Role Mission We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our Finance team. This role is focused mainly on Accounts Payable, managing a high volume of transactions while keeping accuracy, compliance, and efficiency at the forefront. The ideal candidate is a bookkeeper at heart, problem solver by nature, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every case can be unique. Experience in the travel or service industry is a nice-to-have, but not a must — what matters most is your ability to adapt quickly, stay organized, and ensure smooth financial operations. What You’ll Do Manage vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and credit card transactions. Process and reconcile a large volume of AP transactions with speed and accuracy. Maintain accurate records and support audits, reporting, and month-end close. Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with policies. Collaborate cross-functionally (Reservations, Quality Control, Operations) to validate payment details. What You Bring 2+ years of bookkeeping and AR/AP experience. Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, including credit cards. Proven ability to handle high transaction volumes while meeting deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal. Comfort working in fast-paced, case-by-case environments.
