About the Role : The Accounts executive will support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, day to day accounting, Bank Co-ordination and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Roles and Responsibilities : Record and post accounting entries including journal vouchers, debit notes, credit notes, receipts, and payments.Processing and reviewing reconciliation statements (Debtors, Creditors and any other (ledgers)Bank Reconciliation of various banks including foreign banksProcess vendor invoices and employee reimbursement claims in a timely and accurate mannerMaintain and update records of all financial transactions.Liaise with banks for day-to-day transactions (fund transfers, remittances, deposits, Mutual Fund investment, Credit card etc.)Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.Maintain compliance with company financial policies and procedures.Assisting in finalization of accounts and tax auditsAssisting in preparing and providing the details for TDS and GST complianceAssist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager. Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.1–3 years of experience in a similar finance/accounts role.Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST and TDS and financial systems.Proficient in Advance MS Excel and Tally accounting software.Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially for bank coordination.
