Accounting & Reconciliation Analyst

Job Summary:We are searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant/Account Analyst foraccurately booking and balancing our companies financial data, including accountsreceivable, payable, and client invoicing. This role is to assist in the overall accountingdepartment for the business and may include other businesses from time to time.Key Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and execute financial data input in a timely manner.Collect, prepare, and organize both physical and digital documentation required foraccount reconciliations.Proactively detect errors, fraudulent activity, or other issues within accounts.Assess business competencies and provide accurate valuations.Collaborate with key personnel from various departments to gain approvals on APtransactions and to ensure accurate payments.Match transactions across different systems to ensure accuracy and identifydiscrepanciesPresent findings and recommendations in both written and verbal formats to AccountingManagement.Project Type: Complex projectYou will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:What experience do you have as an accountant?Have you done any previous auditing work?Are you familiar with AP, AR, reconciliations, general ledger balancing?What types of accounting software have you used previously?RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, account reconciliations, or financialanalysis.Strong Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Desktop skills and ability to learn multiplesystems at once.Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Capable of meeting tight deadlines and producing detailed work.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Advanced financial research skills and a high level of attention to detail.Native-level fluency in English.Please list any certifications related to this projectDescribe your proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.)Skills and ExpertiseMandatory skills Cost Analysis Mathematics Accounting Financial Audit Microsoft Excel Financial Accounting Financial Analysis Financial Report GAAP Business AnalysisLocation:Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic,Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Philippines, India, Panama,PakistanBenefitsHourly pay 10 to 13 per hourRemote positionPossibility of becoming a full time contractorMust have a payoneer account or the ability to create one.About the companyAbout Us
