Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service
FinTech payments: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses
Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. We have around 500 staff with an intact startup mindset.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
Be the backbone of Sleekâs Australian tax services â help us scale our internal processes and set the standard for excellence.
Manage your own portfolio of startup and SME clients â from advisory to compliance, youâre their go-to expert.
Represent clients confidently with the ATO â you're their tax hero.
Own the end-to-end BAS and tax return prep & lodgment process â accuracy is your middle name.
Provide guidance and quality control for our remote bookkeeping team â because great numbers start with clean books.
Act as a trusted advisor on all things accounting and tax â from planning to problem-solving.
Lead, mentor and grow a team of like-minded, ambitious bookkeepers and tax accountants â weâre building a dream team, and youâre at the helm.
Requirements
We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced tax professional ready to make a strong impact. To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelorâs degree in Accounting.
A passion for the Australian SME space and client satisfaction.
Registration as an individual Tax Agent with the TPB, with at least 2 years of experience â this is mandatory
A minimum of 5 yearsâ experience as a practising tax accountant managing a portfolio of SME clients (Sole traders, companies, trusts...).
At least 2 yearsâ experience managing a team of bookkeepers and tax accountants.
Strong client service and communication skills â youâre confident in explaining tax matters clearly and professionally.
A high level of professionalism â you represent Sleek with integrity and care.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills â you can manage multiple tasks without losing focus.
Proficiency with Xero Practice Manager, Dext, A2X, and other accounting operations tools.
A proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Important: This role is open to candidates based anywhere in Australia, you must hold valid Australian work rights. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
