We support Clari’s profitable growth and empower every department to optimize their operations in service of running revenue for all B2B companies.About the RoleClari’s Accounting Manager will be responsible for a review of global accounts payable and general ledger operations as well as contributions to the month-end close.In this role, you will accurately and timely review vendor invoices and payments, T&E transactions, fixed assets, prepayments and respective balance sheet reconciliations. You will mentor and train team members, and work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure correct and effective financial results. You will report to the Director of Financial Operations in Krakow.The ideal candidate will always be looking for ways to improve the close and financial processes while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. This role requires a strong work ethic, effective communication skills and the capacity to get things done independently.This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Kraków, Poland office as needed. Candidates must be based in Poland. Responsibilities Review global vendor invoices and execute paymentsOversee and manage the process and accounting of T&E, accruals, prepayments and fixed assetsPrepare and review monthly GL account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policiesAnalyse the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss on a monthly basis to identify relationships and drivers of material account fluctuationsSupport and review international subsidiaries financial reporting packagesMentor, train and support junior team membersPartner with internal and external accounting, procurement and FP&A teamsSupport external audits by providing supporting schedules, reconciliations, pulling selections, and interfacing with external auditors, as requiredResearch and conclude on technical accounting mattersLead ad hoc accounting projects and requests, as neededDrive developing, establishing and maintaining accounting policies, process improvements, best practices and procedures in a rapidly growing organizationWork with the Director of Financial Operations and Reporting Manager to design and implement controls as new risks are identified Qualifications 8+ years of accounting experience at a multinational company2+ years of experience as a people managerExcellent working knowledge of the accounts payable and general ledger processesStrong knowledge of US GAAPStrong problem-solving, analytical and presentation skillsAbility to self-motivate, adapt to change, and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work independently, yet cooperatively and constructively, in a team environmentAdvanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large sets of dataExperience in SaaS space strongly preferredProficient with NetSuite or similar ERP system preferredGood knowledge of procurement tools like Coupa or Zip and T&E tools like Navan or Egencia preferred Perks and Benefits @ Clari Team-bonding activities and company-wide eventsFlexible working hours and remote opportunitiesAnnual Well-being and Professional Development StipendsPrivate Healthcare and Multisport PassPaid maternity and paternity leaveStock options Additional Information #LI-HybridYou’ll often hear our CEO talk about being remarkable.
