What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prepare daily deposits for the bank and manage vendor billing in Sage
Ensure timely and accurate payment of all bills and track monthly recurring expenses
Manage company credit cards, including expense reporting and reconciliation
Provide input on performance issues to senior management and assist with correspondence
Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to complete responsibilities
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the accounting field preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field preferred
Strong analytical skills to prioritize information and draw accurate conclusions
Ability to take responsibility for organizing time and completing tasks
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Sage accounting software
Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes
Strong communication skills for facilitating correspondence
Previous experience working on ad hoc projects in a professional setting
