• Reconcile entries to balance subsidiary accounts.
• Transfer summaries to maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare trial balances and reconcile entries to balance the general ledger.
• File documents to maintain historical records.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize account information and trends for financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
