Accounting Clerk - Automotive
Experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk -
Only looking for the most conscientious automotive accounting clerk. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in the dealership performing a variety of job duties. Must be focused and motivated to get things done correctly.
You will be asked to perform a wide range of duties such as the duties of a biller, cancellation specialist, accounts payable, schedule work.
There is a high level of accountability for this role.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide accounting support to our team of controllers
ā¢ Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
ā¢ Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements reconciliations
ā¢ Daily enter key data of financial transactions in the database
Skills
ā¢ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Proven accounting experience (5 years preferred)
ā¢ Familiarity with basic accounting procedures
ā¢ Advance skills in Microsoft Excel
