They are now looking to bring on an Accounting and Finance Manager to their growing team! As the Accounting and Finance Manager, you will own the accounting and finance function for the multi-million dollar business unit, while leading a team of four individuals! • 4 direct reports in this position. • Manages a range of accounting responsibilities including month-end, managing AP and AR, overseeing revenue streams, and handling fixed asset accounting, along with associated analyses and reports. • Manages the day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, credit management, insurance matters, tax compliance, and treasury functions. • Provides expert guidance to internal stakeholders on financial reporting standards, ensuring the production of precise, compliant, and valuable reports. • Supervises the creation of budgets and forecasts, collaborating with operational teams to develop and manage effective financial plans. • Enhances accounting and finance processes while upholding conformity with organizational accounting policies, as well as relevant legal and regulatory standards. • Undertakes financial analysis and modeling for company initiatives, capital ventures, and ad-hoc requests. • Collaborates with internal and external auditors to facilitate successful audits of financials, policies, and procedures. • Engages and leverages cross-functional departments within the company to achieve shared projects and objectives.
