Accounting Analyst (Capital Control)

The successful applicant will be a key contributor to the lease and capital functions within Finance, partnering with the finance team to prepare for the month end close process and collaborating with internal and external parties.ResponsibilitiesMaintain recurring processes in Leasing, including but not limited to:Tracking and forecasting estimated balances owed related to common area maintenance (“CAM”).
