About the position
The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in various financial and HR/Payroll software applications. The position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of financial data and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities
Ā Manage billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable/credit cards.

Ā Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliations.

Ā Process payroll using outsourced software.

Ā Handle human resources tasks, including employee engagement activities and onboarding/offboarding.

Ā Conduct office administration duties.

Ā Prepare custom reports and assist with special projects as required.
Requirements
Ā Proven experience in an accounting role, particularly in billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Ā Prior experience processing payroll.
,
Ā Experience using accounting software, particularly Quickbooks, is preferred.

Ā Advanced Excel skills, including filters, Vlookup, and pivot tables.

Ā Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change frequently.

Ā Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ā Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Ā Meticulous attention to detail.

Ā Exceptional time management skills.
,
Ā Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines with minimal supervision.
