Accountant/Bookkeeper Full-Time (Remote, 40 Hours/Week)

This role is essential to keeping our financial operations running smoothly and supporting our continued growth.Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Oversee payroll processing and employee expense tracking
Ensure compliance with tax filings, business licenses, and financial regulations
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Handle minor HR functions such as onboarding paperwork and benefits administration
Collaborate with leadership to optimize financial processes
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial management tools
Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent organizational skills
Bonus: Experience in construction, heavy equipment, or similar industries is a plus
