Accountant (Remote & Flexible Hours)
Established CPA Firm is currently hiring an experienced Accountant. Office hours are flexible with the option of working remotely if desired. Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. This is a midsized CPA Firm that has a great reputation. The majority of the client base happens to be large and small law firms throughout the area. Accountants who have experience providing service to law firms or once worked as a law firm’s full charge bookkeeper are encouraged to apply. Experience working with attorneys or law firms is not a requirement. The Accountant is responsible for preparing individual tax returns as well as business returns for partnerships, corporate tax returns or similar. Prepare annual payroll tax returns and possibly quarterly. Maintain clients general ledger (Quickbooks and similar accounting software).
