Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant/CPA to join our team on a contractor basis, specializing in Quality of Earnings (QofE) engagements. The ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of financial statement analysis, due diligence, and transaction advisory services. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive Quality of Earnings analyses to assess the financial health of client businesses.
Review and evaluate financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and value-add to our clients.

Proven experience in Quality of Earnings analysis.
5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis, or audit positions.
Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
