Discover life at TheForkTheFork Italy is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant Intern to join our team in Milan.Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager in Italy, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating various accounting functions.What you will do: Accounts Payable : Process supplier invoices in Workday (accounting system)Review purchase orders and match them with invoices.Manage vendor payments and the creation of new supplier accounts.Assist in bank and credit card reconciliations.Review employee travel expense reportsGeneral Accounting:Assist with General accounting entries such as prepayments or accrualsAssist with monthly reconciliationsAssist with the generation of revenue entries from Microsoft Dynamics 365Other ad-hoc tasks as neededWho you are: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual eager to develop their skills in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
