Accountant (CPA)

Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Accountant to join our fully remote team. Although the title for this role is Accountant, the scope of responsibilities and expectations align with those of aSenior Accountant. The right candidate will bring both hands-on technical accounting expertise and the strategic thinking needed to drive financial clarity and efficiency for our clients. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE: Credentialed: CPA required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.US AccountingExperience: Brings hands-on experience working with U.S.-based clients. Big Four Background (Preferred): Candidates with prior experience at a Big Four Firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG) are strongly preferred. Experienced & Analytical: At least 5 years of public accounting experience, ideally with exposure to small and mid-sized businesses. Tech Savvy & Data Fluent:Advanced spreadsheet skills, strong familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online, NetSuite), and the ability to navigate software and extract key data.Client Focused: Comfortable advising clients, providing insights, and managing day-to-day communication. Remote-Ready: Strong communicator, self-starter, and highly organized with reliable high speed internet is a must. Adaptable & Solution Oriented: A natural problem solver who brings practical, scalable solutions to the table. Accounting Firm Experienced: Brings hands-on experience from working in an accounting firm.
