We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, efficient and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll review, data entry (AR/AP), collections, billing OOP costs, and other duties as assigned by management.
Responsibilities
Ā Review and process payroll
Ā Accurately enter data into QB Online software
Ā Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records
Ā Follow up on collections and billing OOP costs
Ā Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
Ā Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Ā 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
Ā Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Ā High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks Online
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ā Detail-oriented and highly organized
